Before that, at TCS, I worked on large-scale enterprise modernization for Deutsche Bundesbank, handling data migrations, backend APIs, and fraud detection systems across international teams. I am someone who gets close to the work. I sit in sprint planning and actually follow the technical conversation. I write risk plans that engineers respect and that executives can act on. I have managed projects where key people walked out mid-delivery, where UAT failed two weeks before go-live, and where the scope kept changing even when the deadline did not.
